Wolfstar Group has assisted a number of Companies in various aspects of their business including the following:

• Restructured a major tourism business that was losing considerable money to enable the successful sale of the business at a price that would otherwise not be achieved.

• Successfully obtained an AFS License for a Managed Investment Scheme and wrote the product disclosure statement for the client.

• Acted as expert witness in a number of wine industry related court disputes as principle Jay Stephenson has considerable experience as CFO and Company Secretary for various wine industry companies in Western Australia.

• Assisted client with listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange Venture Exchange by coordinating all experts in both Australia and Canada and driving the process to “Make It Happen”.
