Julia Beckett joined Wolfstar in July 2007 to assist the group in providing a completely personalised service in the area of IPO management, particularly capital raising, due diligence, ASX and ASIC compliance, prospectus development and annual reporting. Julia also assists the Company Secretary in the duties required by an ASX listed company.Before she joined Wolfstar, Julia’s last role was that of a project management professional working on a $4 billion capital works and change management project for the WA Government.
Julia holds a Certificate in Governance Practice and Administration and is a Certificated Member of Chartered Secretaries Australia.
